The 24 units are identical and distributed in a 2-floor complex. The complex is situated just opposite the main entrance of the campus, at a distance of just a few meters. Supermarkets, shops, etc. are also within walking distance, along with easy access to transportation to the city center and other popular destinations on the island.
Each apartment has 50 sqm, with a covered veranda of 8.5 to 12 sqm and parking on the ground floor. The apartments are fully furnished and fully managed for student accommodation.
